I noticed there is a lot you can do with the setups on here and everyone has there own ideas and tricks with them but for those people just getting started it would be nice to offer ideas and help on the forums so if they are not on when everyone else is they could still tinker with there cars. my biggest problem so far is over heating I think I got most of it figured out with gears and throttle control but if there are other ways to get it to stay cooler ill take any and all advice.

this over heating is a new to all of us. for the last 3 years we have been running with only one engine option. no radiator option, no header, rear end, or ignition options. and a derby heat would last 30 minutes and the features were lasting 2+ hours. we wanted it to be quicker and not drag out as long because of people having school and work in the mornings. as far as setup, we are all learning again its a trial and error thing. using a controller or steering wheel helps a bunch with throttle control, you can also mess around with radiator size. i typically run mine between 5-10 . or you can mess with your pump, power, coast settings. noone really knows what they all mean. but it will affect the amount of rear wheel spin you generate. and changes if you are locked or open diff.
