RESULTS/POINTS

Derbysim.com's Trophy Series kicked off tonight with 19 drivers taking to the track to battle for points in this 10 event series. First event took place at Hoopston, with 3 very hard fought heats.
Heat 1 seen Ironman777, HAR_Smith, and web327 advance into the feature.
Heat 2 seen scrappy, HAR_Snake and derby111 advance into the feature.
Heat 3 seen Tony Dunkley, Lee Curtin, and VanNess104 advance into the feature.

With 9 out of 19 advancing to the feature through the initial three heats, that left 10 drivers to battle it out in the consi for the last 3 points eligible spots for the feature. We seen X, Bashx88 and Massie advance into the feature through the consi.

20 drivers took to the track with 12 eligible for points. Lots of hard hitting and screaming pipes in the feature. Well done everyone!!
The top 5 for the feature collected the first points in this 10 event series.
First Place: X                        5 Points   (advanced through consi)  suicide lincoln
Second Place: VanNess104      4 Points    suicide lincoln
Third Place: Lee Curtin            3 Points    pre ran impala
Forth Place: Tony Dunkley       2 Points    pre ran impala
Fifth Place: Massie                 1 Point   (advanced through consi) suicide lincoln

Top 4 in the feature were all from heat 3. Was a very hard heat.


The second points event took place at Metal Mayhem!! With 18 drivers staying for the second event, it continued to be another hard hitting derby.
Heat 1 seen conley, derby111, and VanNess104 advance to the feature.
Heat 2 seen Massie, Bashx88 and HAR_ACE advance to the feature.
Heat 3 seen HAR_Snake, Lee Curtin and Ironman777 advance to the feature.

With half the field advancing to the feature, it was time for the rest of the drivers to come out for the consi. The last 3 spots went to 97k, Tony Dunkley and X advance.

18 drivers came out for the feature at this slick metal mayhem track. Fast paced feature.
